Mr. Gehry speaks in basic terms of function as a starting point. He then takes architechure into the realms of fantasy and abstract art. The quote at the beginning is exactly what he has accomplished. Utilizing technical capacities that have only just recently been realized, through the use of computers, he has created buildings that are of our time and yet timeless works of art that liberate and inspire.
